PEZESHKIAN MAKES A PROMISE TO HIS POLITICAL RIVALS AFTER HIS VICTORY IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

Masoud Pezeshkian described his political rivals in the Iranian presidential elections, which ended with his victory for the reformist wing, as his brothers, and promised to extend the hand of friendship to everyone. The Iranian Nour News Agency quoted Pezeshkian, who topped the results of the second round of the 14th Iranian presidential elections, as saying: 'I will extend the hand of friendship to everyone and I will involve everyone in the development of the country. My competitors are my brothers.' Pezeshkian, the ninth president-elect, assured the Iranian people: 'We will extend friendship to everyone to attract everyone for the advancement of the country.
