PM, Lebanese Counterpart Agree to Convene Joint Higher Committee This Year

Amman: Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan and his Lebanese counterpart Nawaf Salam have reached an agreement to hold the Jordanian-Lebanese Joint Higher Committee within this year.

According to Jordan News Agency, the decision was finalized during the second round of talks at a luncheon hosted by Prime Minister Hassan in honor of Lebanon's premier and the accompanying delegation. The committee's agenda will primarily focus on the trade, transportation, and energy sectors, aiming to expand bilateral cooperation in these areas in the near future.
