The Popular Mobilization Forces carried out a security operation southeast of Nineveh today, Thursday. The Popular Mobilization Authority stated in a statement that forces from the 43rd and 33rd regiments within the 59th Brigade under the leadership of the Nineveh Operations of the Popular Mobilization Forces carried out a security operation to search and cleanse southeast of Nineveh. It added that the force combed and cleared the area adjacent to the Upper Zab River, reaching the Al-Kuwair Bridge, to close all security gaps in front of terrorist remnants and enhance security and stability in the region.
