Tokyo: His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan bin Talal conveyed a message from His Majesty King Abdullah II to Japan's Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba, commemorating seven decades of diplomatic relations between Jordan and Japan. During a reception hosted on Thursday by Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Hayashi Yoshimasa, Prince El Hassan, currently visiting Tokyo, underscored Jordan's commitment to further strengthen bilateral ties. According to Jordan News Agency, His Majesty's message expressed profound appreciation for Japan's continued support, acknowledging Japan's significant contributions to Jordan's development efforts and its humanitarian assistance to refugees residing in the Kingdom. The king extended congratulations to Prime Minister Ishiba on his new role, wishing him success and hoping for continued prosperity for the Japanese people.
