Prince Mired Engages with Turkish and Japanese Ambassadors to Enhance Support for Military Veterans

Amman: HRH Prince Mired bin Ra'ad, Chief Chamberlain and Chairman of the Hashemite Commission for Disabled Soldiers (HCDS), held separate meetings on Sunday with the Turkish and Japanese Ambassadors to Jordan, Yakup Caymazoglu and Asari Hideki, at the commission's headquarters. Touring the HCDS's venues, the two ambassadors learned about the medical, rehabilitative, social, and psychological services provided to injured military personnel.

According to Jordan News Agency, Prince Mired emphasized the importance of expanding international cooperation and sharing expertise to upgrade care and rehabilitation standards for military veterans. The meetings were focused on fostering collaboration between Jordan and the respective countries of the ambassadors to improve the quality of life for disabled soldiers.

Both ambassadors expressed their appreciation for the HCDS's facilities and the Kingdom of Jordan's approach to supporting wounded veterans. They acknowledged the significance of the services offered by the commission and discussed potential areas for collaboration to enhance these efforts further.
