Ramtha: Public Security Directorate (PSD)'s chief has instructed the police judiciary to investigate the death of an individual who was detained as part of a pending investigation and had been hospitalized multiple times by the Ramtha police department, the PSD's media spokesperson announced.
According to Jordan News Agency, the spokesperson stated that the individual was initially admitted to the hospital following his arrest on Saturday. Medical evaluations deemed him to be in "good condition," and he was subsequently discharged.
The spokesperson further noted that upon returning to Ramtha police custody, the detainee complained of abdominal pain and was once again hospitalized. After another medical assessment, he was discharged and returned to the Ramtha police center. However, his condition worsened, leading to an emergency hospital visit where he ultimately passed away.
