Amman: On the occasion of His Majesty King Abdullah II's 63rd birthday, the Public Security Directorate (PSD), in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Jordanian Royal Medical Services, implemented a national blood donation campaign, witnessing significant participation from police personnel.
According to Jordan News Agency, the PSD stated that the event included all its formations and units across the Kingdom's governorates. Personnel expressed pride in participating in the nationwide drive, underscoring their humanitarian and social roles aimed at serving citizens and meeting their needs.
The PSD emphasized its commitment to such blood drives, as part of efforts to enhance the culture of social solidarity. This initiative contributes to saving lives and meeting emergency medical needs, the statement highlighted.
