Amman, The Public Security Directorate (PSD) called on the public to exercise caution due to the expected cold air mass associated with a depression that will affect the Kingdom on Monday.
The PSD urged the public to observe traffic rules on roads with low horizontal visibility in the early morning due to the formation of fog, especially over the southern heights, or where it may witness rainfall.
The PSD also warned of flood formation in valleys and low-altitude areas, mainly in the southern and eastern parts of the country, urging the public not to risk crossing the road, whether on foot or by vehicle.
It also called on the public to ensure the safe use of heaters and to ventilate residences occasionally, urging the public to call 911 in the case of an emergency.
