Doha: Qatar's Ministry of Defense announced Monday that its air defense systems successfully intercepted a missile attack targeting Al Udeid Air Base. In a statement issued Monday, the ministry confirmed that the vigilance of the armed forces and the preventive measures in place prevented any casualties or injuries as a result of the incident.

According to Jordan News Agency, the ministry stressed that Qatar's airspace and territory remain secure and that the armed forces are on constant alert. It urged citizens and residents to adhere to official instructions and follow developments through reliable, official sources.
