Abu Dhabi: Secretary General of the Ministry of Investment, Zaher Qatarneh, presented the Kingdom's available key investment opportunities, primarily in value-added sectors, during the ministry's participation in the 14th edition of the AIM Congress, a major international investment event, held in Abu Dhabi.
According to Jordan News Agency, the summit concluded on Wednesday and was held under the theme: "Mapping the Future of Global Investment: The New Wave of a Globalised Investment Landscape - Towards a New Balanced World Structure." Qatarneh took part in two panel discussions focused on attracting foreign investment, free trade agreements, and ways to open up global markets.
During these sessions, he outlined the incentives of Jordan's investment environment as part of the ministry's efforts to strengthen partnerships with the private sector and attract "quality and sustainable" investments. On the summit's sidelines, Qatarneh engaged in meetings with Arab and foreign investors, businesspeople, CEOs of global and Arab companies, representatives of commerce chambers and regional and international industrial federations, as well as experts in information technology, logistics, and renewable energy.
