Amman: The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) celebrated the graduation of 100 new chefs during its 15th Class ceremony held at the King Hussein Business Park Auditorium. According to Jordan News Agency, RACA Chairman Dr. Wajih Owais congratulated the graduates on fulfilling their study requirements and expressed his hopes for their future contributions to the Kingdom's hospitality sector. RACA Director Jacques Rossel praised the graduates for their perseverance and dedication, highlighting their potential to become culinary ambassadors for Jordan. Swiss Ambassador to Jordan Emilija Georgieva commended the graduates for choosing a career path that aligns with the Swiss educational model, emphasizing the blend of theoretical and practical culinary training. She also highlighted the significance of the academy's partnership with EHL Hospitality Business School of Lausanne, a leader in hotel education and hospitality management worldwide.
