Russia Intends to Restore Momentum in Bilateral Relations with U.S.: Kremlin

Moscow: The Russian presidency (Kremlin) expressed appreciation on Tuesday for American efforts aimed at achieving a peaceful resolution to the conflict with Ukraine. It affirmed Russia's intent to restore momentum in bilateral relations and open prospects for political and economic dialogue between the two sides.

According to Jordan News Agency, during a press conference, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, "The current U.S. sanctions on Russia harm both the Russian and American economies. There is a need for the U.S. administration to reconsider this policy and continue direct dialogue that serves the interests of both peoples, as well as regional security and stability."
