Moscow, The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Saturday announced that more than 20 people were killed when a fire broke out in a nursing home in the eastern city of Kemerovo.
The Ministry said in a statement that the fire broke out in a two-storey building with an area of 180 square meters due to “improper” use of the heating system, killing at least 20.
