London: The Arab Bankers' Association (ABA), a professional association based in London with members from leading banks and related sectors in both the United Kingdom and the Arab world, has announced that it will grant the CEO of Arab Bank, Randa Sadik, the Distinguished Service to Arab Banking award. This award is in recognition of Sadik's efforts and contributions to the Arab banking industry.

According to Jordan News Agency, ABA CEO Gaby Fadel highlighted that the decision to honor Sadik is a testament to her significant achievements. Fadel noted Sadik's effective leadership of Arab Bank, one of the oldest financial institutions in the Middle East and North Africa, as a key factor in her selection as the award's recipient.

Sadik has been the CEO of Arab Bank since 2022 and is the first woman to hold this position at the bank. Her career in banking began in 1986 and spans nearly four decades.
