Sana'a traffic police on Thursday started an on-line "Smoother" service for drivers to inquire about and pay any fines, and to ask about other traffic services through a specialized application. The service is part of automation and development projects seen by the traffic police, traffic department director-general told Saba, in order "to keep in line with global developments and facilitate procedures for citizens to obtain traffic services."
