Jordan Valley - Ma'an - Settlers raided Khirbet al-Farisiya in the northern Jordan Valley on Monday and threatened residents of the area. Local sources reported that settlers raided the village and verbally threatened the residents with demolishing their facilities and seizing their vehicles and agricultural tractors. It is noteworthy that the Al-Farisiya community has been suffering from escalating attacks by settlers in recent months. The attacks include attacking citizens' homes, threatening and terrorizing them, and stealing and vandalizing their property. The attacks in the Jordan Valley areas also pose great risks to their lives, knowing that a large part of them are carried out under the protection of the occupation forces. The residents of the community fear that these attacks will lead to their forced displacement from their lands, similar to what happened recently in many communities in the eastern foothills and the Jordan Valley, the latest of which was the "Umm al-Jimal" community, which was fo rcibly displaced about two months ago, due to the terrorism of settlers supported by the occupation government.
