Sweltering heat returns to Egypt this week and Cairo feel-like temp to hit 41 degrees

After a brief respite from the scorching temperatures in the past few days, it is time to brace yourselves for another round of heatwave in Egypt this week. The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has issued a warning that temperatures are set to rise by 2-3 degrees in most areas starting Tuesday. Cairo and the Lower Egypt region of the lush Nile Delta are currently basking in a relatively comfortable 36 degrees Celsius during the day.
