The committee concerned with implementing the security agreement between Iraq and Iran holds a meeting in Sulaymaniyah

The security committee concerned with implementing the security agreement between Iraq and Iran held a series of meetings in Sulaymaniyah today, Saturday. A statement by the media office of the National Security Adviser stated that "based on the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammed Shiaa al-Sudani, the security committee concerned with implementing the security agreement between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran held a series of meetings in Sulaymaniyah today, Saturday, headed by National Security Adviser Qasim al-Araji, and in the presence of the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Bafel Talabani, and members of the committee, government officials, military and security leaders from the center and the region." The statement added that "holding a series of continuous meetings comes in order to implement the paragraphs contained in the security agreement between Iraq and the Islamic Republic of Iran."
