Three people injured in a knife attack in Diyala

Two security personnel and a civilian were injured in a knife attack southwest of Baqubah, Diyala Governorate Center. A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that two security personnel and a civilian were injured after being attacked with knives by unknown persons near the Hibhib Water Project southwest of Baqubah for unknown reasons. He added that the security forces were able to arrest two of the perpetrators of the attack after chasing them, indicating that the injured were transferred to Baqubah Teaching Hospital.
