Three people were injured in an explosive device explosion north of Baqubah, the center of Diyala Governorate. A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that an explosive device was placed on the side of the side road near the village of Al-Tabiyat on the outskirts of Al-Khalis, north of Baqubah, targeting a civilian vehicle, resulting in the injury of three people. He added that a force from the First Diyala Emergency Regiment imposed a security cordon around the explosion site. The injured were transferred to Al-Khalis Hospital for treatment.
