Amman: The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, Jordan's state grain buyer, has issued an international tender to procure either 100,000 or 120,000 tonnes of wheat. The ministry aims to bolster the nation's wheat reserves through this substantial purchase.
According to Jordan News Agency, the ministry released a statement on Wednesday inviting potential suppliers to acquire a copy of the tender invitation. This document outlines the terms and specifications required for submission and is available for a non-refundable fee of JD650.
Interested parties must submit their price offers by the deadline of 3:30 pm on Tuesday, February 4. Alongside their proposals, bidders need to provide a valid professional license, a commercial register certified within the last 30 days prior to the bid opening date, and an effective registration certificate from a Jordanian chamber of commerce.
