Amman: Minister of Transport Nidal Qatamin met with Italian Ambassador to Jordan, Luciano Pezzotti, to discuss priorities in the transport sector and explore ways to enhance cooperation across various domains.
According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting focused on opportunities to strengthen the partnership between Jordan and Italy in land, maritime, and logistics transport. The discussions included exchanging technical expertise and leveraging Italy's experience in managing and developing transport and infrastructure projects.
Qatamin emphasized Jordan's commitment to deepening cooperation with Italy, aiming to maintain coordination on transport-related matters to improve operational efficiency and support future projects that benefit both nations.
Pezzotti highlighted the robust relations between the two countries, expressing Italy's willingness to expand collaboration in the transport sector. He underscored Italy's support for efforts to upgrade infrastructure and improve services in Jordan.
