The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) received around 4,000 complaints related to telecommunications and postal services from the beginning of this year until the end of June, with a resolution rate of 92%. According to a statement from the commission on Sunday, the number of complaints related to internet services amounted to 2,511, complaints about mobile phone services reached 1,437, complaints about landline services were 37, and postal service complaints were 22. It Is worth noting that the commission, through its Beneficiary Affairs Section, receives and follows up on complaints either in person, through the toll-free number dedicated to complaints (117000), via email ([email protected]), the commission's Facebook page, the "X" platform, and the commission's website, which is directly connected to the automated complaint receiving and tracking system.
