Amman: Princess Alia University College (PAUC) and Amman University College, both affiliated with Al-Balqa' Applied University (BAU), have successfully obtained the local quality assurance certificate from the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (HEAC). This achievement underscores BAU's commitment to fostering a culture of quality and enhancing its educational environment.
According to Jordan News Agency, BAU President, Dr. Ahmad Ajlouni, emphasized that this accomplishment aligns with the university's goal to establish a modern educational system that integrates both practical and cognitive elements. Dr. Ajlouni highlighted that the certification demonstrates the university's adherence to excellence and academic accreditation standards, which are expected to bolster its standing both nationally and regionally, while also improving the competitiveness of its alumni in the job market.
PAUC Dean, Dr. Tariq Abu Hazim, attributed this success to the continuous institutional efforts and a strong team spirit within the college. He reiterated the college's dedication to evolving its academic programs to meet labor market demands and fostering an educational environment conducive to creativity and achievement.
Dr. Musa Soudi, Dean of Amman University College, noted that the institution, originally established in 1953 as the "House of Teachers," has evolved into a prominent academic and research entity. Dr. Soudi emphasized the college's mission to advance knowledge in accounting and administrative sciences and strengthen its reputation among Jordanian, Arab, and international university faculties.
