Water Ministry Busts Illegal Water Diversions in Amman

Amman: The Ministry of Water and Irrigation's Internal Control Unit uncovered three illegal water line diversions in Amman's Al-Samik on Wednesday.

According to Jordan News Agency, violators tapped into two-inch and one-inch pipelines to illegally supply water to large farms, storage pools, and collection wells. The ministry stated that inspection teams removed the illegal fixtures and documented the violations to prepare legal proceedings against the perpetrators.
