Ma'an: Ministry of Water and Irrigation uncovered 8 illegal connections to a main water supply pipeline in the Al-Husseinieh and Al-Hashimiyya areas of southern Ma'an governorate on Tuesday.
According to Jordan News Agency, the ministry said the violations involved illegal one-inch pipes diverted to supply water to local farms. The ministry added that technical teams dismantled the connections, restored the pipeline, and filed official reports to pursue legal action against the violators.
