"His Majesty King Abdullah II stands firmly against this barbaric and brutal aggression, confronts all suspicious plans that target Jordan's security and the unity of its people, and stands strongly against Israeli expansionist plans and attempts to forcibly displace the Palestinian people," Fayez emphasized. He pointed out that "Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II, the awareness of its people and the strength of its security apparatus and armed forces, will remain a country of pride and honor, a secure, stable, and free country, and will remain insurmountable to the forces of evil and darkness, firmly and forcefully confronting every traitor, terrorist, and extremist." Fayez reiterated that "the desperate attempts to tamper with the security and stability of the homeland will only make us stronger and more solid and rally around His Majesty King Abdullah II, who dedicated himself to serving his homeland and the causes of our nation, foremost of which is the Palestinian cause." "Th e security and stability of the homeland is the responsibility of everyone, without exception and without favor from anyone, especially in light of the delicate circumstances that our country is going through, as the homeland is our home and our umbrella, and based on defending it, everyone must realize our responsibilities and our role towards it, by being a help to His Majesty the King, and making sure to strengthen our internal front and national unity," Fayez underlined. The Senate President explained that "maintaining the security and stability of the homeland is one of our sacred national constants, and bullying it or bypassing its constants is unacceptable, whatever the motives and justifications, and everyone must realize that the security of the homeland is a red line, which cannot be crossed by any side or party."
