The security breach that targeted the wireless "pager" devices carried by members of the Lebanese Hezbollah moved from the capital Beirut to Syria within minutes today, Tuesday. Syrian media reported that several Hezbollah members in Syria were injured by the explosion of the communication devices they were carrying. The Syrian Observatory said that a car exploded on the road to the Kafr Sousa neighborhood in the capital Damascus as a result of the explosion of a communication device inside it. The Observatory stated in a statement that a number of members of the Lebanese Hezbollah arrived at hospitals in Damascus and the Damascus countryside governorate, as a result of their injuries after the explosion of the communication devices they were carrying, as a result of an Israeli cyber attack for the first time, targeting communication devices used widely by members of the Lebanese "Hezbollah" in Lebanon and Syria. Hundreds of Hezbollah members were seriously injured after the explosion of wireless communic ation devices in southern Beirut, while security sources estimate the number of injured at more than 1,000 people.
