Jericho - Ma'an - A 22-year-old woman from the outskirts of Jerusalem died this morning after drowning in a swimming pool in her family's villa in the town of Nuwei'ma, north of Jericho. Police spokesman Colonel Louay Erziqat said that the young woman drowned yesterday, Tuesday, and was subsequently transferred to Jericho Governmental Hospital and from there to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, where doctors announced her death today. Arziqat added that the Public Prosecution has been informed and the necessary legal procedures are being completed according to the rules. Source: Maan News Agency
