Amman: The 18th Amman Summer Festival is set to begin next Friday, July 17, and will continue through July 17. The festival, organized by the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) in collaboration with Zain Jordan, promises a series of engaging national, cultural, and family-oriented activities.
According to Jordan News Agency, the festival's evening events will be hosted in Al Hussein Gardens, offering free parking services in the surrounding areas. Additionally, free transportation will be available to and from the gardens' venues, ensuring accessibility for all attendees.
The GAM has extended an invitation to the public to participate in the festival's diverse lineup of activities, which include theatrical and musical performances, folkloric shows, and a dedicated children's area. Attendees can also explore areas displaying heritage products, handicrafts, and traditional cuisine.
The GAM highlighted that the festival aims to enhance tourism and serve as an additional attraction for tourists visiting Amman. It seeks to create a family-friendly atmosphere for citizens and visitors to Jordan while promoting positive and educational messages through dramatic performances tailored for both adults and children.
