Amman: The price of 21-karat gold, the most sought-after by consumers in the local market, was JD 86.3 per gram for sales at jewelry stores on Thursday morning, while the buying price stood at JD 82.8 per gram.
According to Jordan News Agency, the daily bulletin issued by the General Association for Owners of Jewelry Shops reported the selling prices per gram for other gold purities. The price for 24-karat gold was set at JD 98.75, while 18-karat gold was priced at JD 76.5. Additionally, the cost of 14-karat gold was JD 58.1 per gram.
