Abu Rumman Advocates for Adoption of Jordan’s E-Invoicing System in Geneva

Geneva: MP Moataz Abu Rumman advocated for the adoption of Jordan's e-invoicing system during the 113th Session of the International Labour Conference in Geneva, highlighting its effectiveness in creating an online and interactive database aimed at reducing the "shadow economy."

According to Jordan News Agency, Abu Rumman, speaking on behalf of the Jordanian delegation, emphasized Jordan's progress in developing legislation to uphold decent work standards and regulate the labor market for enhanced worker protection. The e-invoicing system, he noted, serves as a crucial tool in providing a comprehensive database and in updating laws that govern the Kingdom's labor market.

The Jordanian delegation, attending the conference from June 2-13, includes MPs Wissam Rbeihat and Yanal Freihat.
