Zarqa:Ad-Dulayl Industrial Park and Real Estate Company (IDMC) has extended an invitation to local and international investors and industrial companies to consider the investment opportunities available in the third phase of the Ad-Dulayl Development Zone.

According to Jordan News Agency, the company encourages interested parties to contact its team for detailed information on industrial land, investment incentives, and tailored investment solutions. Investors are also invited to arrange site visits to discuss proposed projects and operational requirements.

The development of Phase 3, which covers approximately 387,000 square meters, is part of IDMC's strategy to attract more domestic and foreign industrial investments, reinforcing the zone's status as a leading industrial destination in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The expansion aims to respond to growing opportunities in the industrial sector and aligns with national efforts to stimulate investment, boost exports, and create jobs.

IDMC plans for Phase 3 to attract investments across various industrial sectors, including garments, textiles, manufacturing, food processing, logistics, and more. The expansion also offers opportunities for developing workers' accommodation and commercial facilities, contributing to a comprehensive industrial environment.

With this expansion, IDMC hopes to attract new companies from regional and international markets and encourage existing businesses in Jordan to expand or relocate part of their operations to benefit from competitive advantages and incentives. The zone's strategic location and comprehensive industrial services, including customs and government support, enhance its appeal.

Investors in the Ad-Dulayl Development Zone can benefit from a 5 percent income tax on eligible activities, customs duty exemptions, and the ability to maintain full foreign ownership. Jordan's international trade agreements also provide access to major global markets, supporting export-oriented manufacturing projects.

IDMC offers flexible investment options, including purchasing or leasing industrial land and customized Built-to-Suit solutions. These options allow investors to tailor facilities to their specific requirements, supporting future expansion plans.

The Phase 3 expansion continues Ad-Dulayl Development Zone's longstanding contribution to Jordan's industrial development, having successfully attracted domestic and foreign investments, supported exports, and contributed to employment. IDMC remains committed to promoting investment opportunities through engagement with embassies, chambers of commerce, and other institutions.
