Ajloun Seminar to Explore Its Role in Jordan’s National Narrative

Amman: The Ministry of Culture will hold a dialogue seminar titled "Ajloun, the Most Beautiful of Beauties, and Its Role in Building the Jordanian Narrative" tomorrow, Sunday, at 11:00 a.m. in the Martyr Muhammad Azzam Hall at Ajloun University College.

According to Jordan News Agency, the seminar is part of a dialogue programme stemming from the Jordanian Narrative Project, which seeks to highlight the elements of the Jordanian narrative associated with both people and place.

The seminar will address several key themes, including the Jordanian narrative, its concept, objectives, and outcomes, as well as Jordan's historical extensions and the role of Ajloun Governorate in shaping the national narrative throughout the ages.

Discussions will explore the governorate's customs, traditions, and social values.

Speakers will include Minister of Culture Mustafa Rawashdeh, alongside academics and researchers, including Muhammad Bani Doumi, Muhammad Abu Ubaileh, and Abdullah Qudah.

The session will be moderated by Youssef Momani.

The Ministry has extended an open invitation to the public to attend the seminar and participate in its discussions.
