Amman: Amman Vision Treatment and Recycling (AVTR) on Thursday launched an artificial intelligence (AI) powered complaints system to streamline the reporting and resolution of issues related to waste management and sanitation services. Amjad Anasweh, AVTR's CEO, announced the initiative as part of the company's ongoing efforts to improve service quality.
According to Jordan News Agency, the platform utilizes AI technology to receive, analyze, and automatically route complaints to the relevant service provider. This system is designed to enable faster response times and more efficient case management. Jordanians can submit complaints through a dedicated hotline, 0798600860. After submitting a complaint, users receive an SMS with a link to complete their report by uploading a photo and sharing the location of the issue. The use of geolocation is crucial for directing complaints to the service provider responsible for the specific area in Amman.
Additionally, complaints can be submitted and tracked through the company's online portal at complaints.avtr.jo. This feature allows users to monitor the status of their reports until they are resolved. The company has committed to handling all complaints under defined service standards and performance indicators. Service providers are required to address reported issues within specified time-frames to enhance accountability, transparency, and service delivery.
