Amman:Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Majdi Harasis and Bahraini Ambassador Khalifa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa held discussions on Tuesday concerning military and defense cooperation, as well as the latest regional developments.
According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting involved a review of mutual interests in the military and defense sectors, with an emphasis on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between the two nations.
The Bahraini ambassador praised Jordan's efforts, under the leadership of King Abdullah II, in maintaining regional security and peace. He highlighted the importance of continuing military cooperation between Bahrain and Jordan.
The discussions were attended by senior Jordan Armed Forces officers and Bahrain's military attaché in Amman.
