Army Chief Evaluates Airport Security Operations

Amman:Airport Security: Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Majdi Mohammad Al-Harasisi paid a visit to the Airport Security and Protection Directorate, where he was welcomed by the director and senior officers of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.

According to Jordan News Agency, Maj. Gen. Al-Harasisi was informed about the directorate's responsibilities, the progress of their training programs, the level of operational readiness, and the future plans that are underway.

He examined the security and protection protocols currently in use at airports, which are designed to improve operational efficiency while ensuring security and safety in collaboration with relevant authorities and institutions.

At the end of his visit, Maj. Gen. Al-Harasisi emphasized the significance of providing comprehensive services and facilities to passengers. He highlighted the professionalism required to fulfill assigned duties, which enhances the institutional image of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army and aligns with the nature of joint operations with other entities operating at airports.
