Amman: Chief of the Joint Staff Major General Yousef Hunaiti on Sunday received a delegation of U.S. Congress members at the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army. The delegation was led by Eric Trager, Chief of Staff for the Republican Party members on the House Armed Services Committee.
According to Jordan News Agency, the discussions between Hunaiti and the delegation focused on key regional and international developments. They also explored joint efforts to enhance international peace and security.
Several senior officers of the Jordanian Armed Forces were present at the meeting, underscoring the importance of the dialogue aimed at strengthening military cooperation and strategic partnership between Jordan and the United States.
