Amman: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) concluded Sunday's trading session with a total volume of JD5.5 million, as 2.8 million shares were exchanged in 2,719 transactions.

According to Jordan News Agency, the ASE general index experienced a slight increase of 0.12 points, closing at 3,033 points. Of the 99 companies whose shares were traded during the session, 33 companies saw their share prices rise, 35 experienced a decline, and 31 remained unchanged.

At the sector level, the trading session witnessed varied performances. The industrial index saw a gain of 1.13 percent, contrasting with the financial index, which decreased by 0.17 percent. Meanwhile, the services index recorded a slight dip of 0.09 percent.
