Amman: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) index recorded a 0.47 percent rise, closing at 2,625 points at the end of Thursday's trading session.
According to Jordan News Agency, the day saw the exchange of 2.8 million shares across 2,751 contracts, generating a turnover of JD5.9 million. Out of the listed companies, the share prices of 46 firms increased, while 29 companies saw a decline, and another 29 remained unchanged.
