Amman: Total trading volume on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) reached JD11.1 million on Sunday, with 3.6 million shares traded through 3,926 transactions. The ASE general index closed at 3,824 points, marking a decrease of 1.06 percent.
According to Jordan News Agency, the industrial index experienced a drop of 1.70 percent. Meanwhile, the financial and services indices each saw a decline of 0.86 percent. Out of the 93 companies that were traded, 23 recorded increases in share prices, while 42 companies witnessed declines.
