Amman: The trading volume at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) reached JD10.2 million on Monday, with 3.4 million shares changing hands in 3,142 transactions. The share price index closed unchanged at 3,698 points.
According to Jordan News Agency, the services sector index rose 0.26 percent, the industrial sector edged up 0.03 percent, and the financial index was down 0.14 percent. Of the 102 companies listed on the index, 31 experienced gains, 35 saw declines, and the remainder remained steady in comparison to previous closings.
