Deputy Minister of Tourism and Antiquities for Tourism Affairs Ghada Shalaby Saturday 03/02/2024 said the ministry will announce soon the launch of a unified platform for health tourism, with both medical and healing services. Addressing a press conference on the Egypt Health Tourism International Conference, Shalaby said that the platform will be launched as a part of the activities of the health tourism conference, which is slated for March 2,3. Shalaby added that the ministry seeks to place Egypt’s health tourism on the map of the global health tourism. The Tourism Ministry seeks to seal deals with international experts to identify Egypt’s medical tourism destinations and outline a unified strategy for Egypt’s health tourism, in order to lure investments in this vital domain, the deputy minister further said.
