Amman: The electronic lottery to select conscripts for the 2026 national service programme will be held at 5:00 PM on Monday, December 8, said Minister of Government Communication Mohammad Momani. Momani emphasized the importance of the event and its live broadcast on local television stations, urging males born in 2007, and their families, to pay close attention to the instructions and details that will be provided through official channels.
According to Jordan News Agency, the minister indicated that the official platform for the national service programme and the mechanism for verifying eligibility will be announced right after the electronic lottery concludes. The national service programme is designed to offer Jordanian youth a valuable experience, fostering confidence and offering them the chance to be part of a national initiative they can be proud of.
