Gaza City: Israeli occupation forces have intensified their operations in the Gaza Strip, carrying out targeted raids and artillery bombardments in violation of the existing ceasefire agreement. These strikes have impacted multiple regions of Gaza, causing significant damage to infrastructure and resulting in civilian casualties. Between October 28 and November 3, 2025, there were 117 confirmed fatalities among the Palestinian population, with an additional 275 individuals injured. Recovery efforts have uncovered 36 bodies from the debris, raising the confirmed total of documented fatalities to 193.
According to Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the ongoing conflict has led to the martyrdom of 69,941 Palestinians and 179,748 injuries reported between October 7, 2023, and November 3, 2025. Recent Israeli airstrikes have coincided with international humanitarian organisations reporting impediments in their operations within the Gaza Strip.
In the West Bank, settler-related incidents have surged, with 112 documented attacks. These have resulted in the displacement of Palestinian families, particularly in the Furush village in Nablus, and significant agricultural damage in the northern Jordan Valley. Settlers have also targeted local populations, vandalised mosques, and set fire to vehicles and other properties. Notably, in a series of acts by extremist settlers across Ramallah, Hebron, Qalqilya, and Nablus, 14 vehicles were burned, alongside a bulldozer and a factory in Tulkarm.
Additional attacks included unauthorised grazing of livestock on Palestinian lands and the theft of livestock and agricultural equipment. The olive harvest season has been marred by 52 attacks by extremist settlers, impacting 46 villages. Obstructions to harvesting, theft, and destruction of olive trees have been reported, with settlers seizing equipment and hindering access to fields.
From October 28 to November 3, 2025, 17 settlement-related activities were reported, with Israeli authorities sanctioning expansions in settlements such as Oranit and Nofim. Land confiscation and extensive bulldozing for infrastructure projects have been noted, alongside the establishment of new settlement outposts. These activities involve land preparation for appropriation and cultivation, with significant excavation near Salfit and the installation of structures in areas like Burqa and Khallat Al-Sarar.
Reports also detail violence against Palestinian farmers, including vandalism of their vehicles and obstruction of access to resources. In total, the documented incidents of violence and land-related offences committed by extremist Israeli settlers over the past week have reached 1,511 across various Palestinian territories.
