Amman: The President of Estonia, Alar Karis, arrived in Amman on Sunday for a four-day working visit to the Kingdom. His visit marks an important diplomatic engagement between Estonia and Jordan, aimed at enhancing bilateral relations and exploring potential areas of cooperation. According to Jordan News Agency, President Karis was warmly received at Queen Alia International Airport by a delegation that included the Minister of Environment, Muawieh Radaideh, who is also the head of the honorary mission accompanying the guest. Other officials present to welcome the Estonian president were Amman Mayor Youssef Shawarbeh, Amman Governor Yaser Al-Adwan, and the Ambassador of Estonia to Jordan, Ingrid Amer. During his visit, President Karis is scheduled to meet with His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday. The meeting is expected to cover various aspects of cooperation between the two nations, including economic, environmental, and cultural matters. The visit underscores the growing importance of international par tnerships and the mutual benefits that can arise from such diplomatic interactions.
