EU Unveils Program to Enhance Jordanian Public Administration Capacities

Amman: A European Union Delegation to Jordan, in cooperation with the College of Europe, launched a capacity-building program entitled "Strengthening the Capacities of Jordanian Public Administrations to Strengthen EU-Jordan Relations," aimed at supporting relations and enhancing institutional cooperation between the two sides. The program was initiated during an event in Amman and will continue over two days, focusing on promoting mutual understanding and strengthening cooperation with Jordanian public institutions.

According to Jordan News Agency, the initiative gathers Jordanian officials and EU representatives to explore ways to advance joint action and exchange expertise. The program features specialized sessions that provide insights into EU decision-making mechanisms, institutional operations, and cooperation in foreign affairs.

In her opening remarks, Deputy Head of the EU Mission to Jordan, Angela Martini, highlighted that the program serves as a valuable opportunity for Jordanian officials to deepen their understanding of EU mechanisms. She emphasized that the initiative plays a crucial role in enhancing mutual understanding and building stronger bridges of cooperation between Jordan and the EU.
