Amman: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi held a phone call on Tuesday with Spain's Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Jos© Manuel Albares. The two ministers discussed ongoing efforts to achieve a permanent ceasefire in Gaza and ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Strip.
According to Jordan News Agency, the ministers affirmed their support for Egyptian, Qatari, and U.S. efforts to reach a ceasefire agreement. They emphasized the urgent need to halt the conflict in Gaza immediately and address the humanitarian crisis by opening all crossings for immediate aid access.
Furthermore, the ministers reaffirmed the strong partnership between Jordan and Spain and expressed their commitment to further developing bilateral relations.
