FM, Turkish Counterpart Discuss Solidifying Ceasefire, Humanitarian Aid in Gaza

Amman: Ayman Safadi, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs, spoke over the phone today with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan about the efforts being made to provide humanitarian aid to Gaza as well as the actions taken to solidify the ceasefire and begin the second phase of the ceasefire agreement.

According to Jordan News Agency, the discussion between the two officials focused on coordinated efforts to ensure the delivery of necessary support to the affected regions in Gaza.

The conversation also covered steps to maintain the current ceasefire and transition into the next phase of the agreement, which is aimed at ensuring long-term peace and stability. Both ministers emphasized the importance of international cooperation in addressing the needs of the people in Gaza and supporting the ongoing ceasefire efforts.
