The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, on Friday, condemned a terrorist attack that targeted an educational center in Afghanistan’s capital of Kabul, killing and injuring scores of innocent people.
The ministry voiced its rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism, expressing condolences to the victims’ families and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
